Returns & Refunds

If you have an issue with your order, you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us through our website at faithinstyle.com. All sales are final and we do not accept physical returns.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through our website if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you have an issue with your item, please reach out to us through our website at faithinstyle.com and we'll do our best to assist you.

Order Cancellations If you need to cancel an order, please contact us through our website at faithinstyle.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Please contact us through our website at faithinstyle.com to initiate a cancellation.

Refunds We will notify you once your case has been reviewed and let you know if a refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
