Welcome to Faith In Style. The terms “we,” “us,” “our,” and “Faith In Style” refer to Faith In Style. Faith In Style operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available through the website (collectively, the “Services”).
The Services are hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the technology that enables us to operate our online store.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies or documents expressly incorporated into them, govern your access to and use of the Services and any purchase made through the Services.

However, actual colors and appearance may vary depending on your device, display settings, lighting, manufacturing variations, and other factors. Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may not perfectly represent the physical product.
We do not guarantee that products will meet subjective preferences or expectations that are not expressly stated in the applicable product description.
Product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and other information may be corrected, changed, or updated at any time without notice.

An order is accepted when Faith In Style provides confirmation that the order has been accepted or otherwise begins fulfilling the order.
We may cancel or modify an order before shipment where permitted by law. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the amount actually paid for the canceled portion of the order.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted or entered into fulfillment, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests.
Your purchases are subject to the Faith In Style Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You represent that products purchased through the Services are intended for lawful personal or household use unless Faith In Style expressly authorizes another purpose.
You may not use the Services to place fraudulent, unauthorized, or intentionally misleading orders.
SECTION 4: PRICES, PAYMENTS, AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, product availability, and other commercial terms may change at any time.
The price applicable to your purchase will generally be the price displayed at the time you submit your order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or listing errors and applicable law.
Unless otherwise stated, prices may not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges that may apply to your transaction.
Promotional offers may be subject to additional terms. If a specific promotion has terms that conflict with these Terms, the promotion-specific terms will control only with respect to that promotion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information and to promptly update information necessary to process your transaction.

Faith In Style does not knowingly authorize recurring charges or automatic renewals unless the applicable offer clearly discloses the recurring nature of the charge and the customer provides the required consent.
SECTION 5: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery dates provided through the Services are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, natural disasters, customs processing, transportation disruptions, incorrect shipping information, and other unforeseen events.
Faith In Style is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order is returned because the shipping information provided was incorrect or incomplete, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped, where permitted by law.
Risk of loss and responsibility for the products will transfer as determined by applicable law and the applicable shipping arrangement. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.
SECTION 6: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services and their contents, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, names, text, graphics, photographs, illustrations, product designs, videos, audio, software, layouts, interfaces, and the selection and arrangement of such materials, are owned by Faith In Style or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for lawful personal and non-commercial purposes.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not:

Shopify and its associated names, logos, and trademarks belong to Shopify or their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use Shopify's intellectual property.
SECTION 7: OPTIONAL THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND SERVICES
The Services may provide access to features, applications, payment systems, shipping services, analytics tools, or other services provided by third parties.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Faith In Style does not control all third-party services and is not responsible for their independent operation, policies, availability, or content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, third-party services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable third-party provider.
Your use of any third-party service is at your own discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
Faith In Style may introduce new features, services, or tools in the future. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such features will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links, integrations, embedded content, or references to third-party websites, products, or services.
Faith In Style does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security, privacy practices, products, services, or policies.
If you access a third-party website or service through a link provided on our Services, you do so at your own risk.
Your interactions and transactions with third parties are solely between you and the applicable third party.
Any claims concerning third-party products or services should generally be directed to the applicable third-party provider.
SECTION 9: RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Faith In Style's online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.
However, purchases made through the Faith In Style store are transactions between you and Faith In Style.
Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure that enable Faith In Style to operate the Services but is not the seller of Faith In Style products.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for disputes, claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising directly from products sold by Faith In Style or transactions between you and Faith In Style.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to impose obligations on Shopify that Shopify has not agreed to undertake.
SECTION 10: PRIVACY
Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy explains how Faith In Style collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information.
Because the Services are hosted and supported by Shopify and may use other third-party providers, information submitted through the Services may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfill orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and otherwise provide the Services.

SECTION 11: CUSTOMER FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, comments, suggestions, ideas, photographs, or other content to Faith In Style through the Services or other channels we make available (collectively, “Feedback”), you represent that you have the necessary rights to submit that content.
By submitting Feedback, you grant Faith In Style a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that Feedback for purposes related to operating, improving, promoting, and providing the Services.
This license does not prevent you from continuing to use your own Feedback.
We are not required to publish, retain, respond to, or compensate you for Feedback.
We may moderate, remove, or decline to publish Feedback that violates these Terms or applicable law, including content that is unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or unrelated to the applicable product or service.
You remain responsible for the content you submit.
Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes you from making truthful statements or honest reviews about your experience with Faith In Style or its products, to the extent protected by applicable law.
SECTION 12: ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS
Information contained in the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, shipping charges, delivery estimates, or other information.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, modify listings, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law.
If an order is affected by a material error, we may contact you through the contact information or order-management system associated with the transaction, or provide notice through the Services where reasonably practicable.
If a payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel because of an error, we will provide an appropriate refund.

For purposes of this section, an “Agent” means software or a service that performs automated or semi-automated actions on behalf of a person or organization.
Unless Faith In Style expressly authorizes otherwise, automated systems and Agents may not access, crawl, scrape, purchase from, interact with, or otherwise use the Services in a manner that:

Faith In Style may use technical measures to identify, restrict, block, or limit automated access.
Nothing in this section prohibits ordinary technologies required for legitimate accessibility, search indexing, security, browser functionality, or other uses that we expressly permit.
SECTION 15: TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Services, or terminate these Terms, where permitted by law, including when we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, created a security risk, or otherwise misused the Services.
Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we may provide notice before taking such action. However, notice is not required where immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the Services, users, Faith In Style, or third parties, or where otherwise permitted by law.
Termination does not eliminate obligations that accrued before termination.
The provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including provisions concerning intellectual property, Feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute-related provisions.
SECTION 16: DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
FAITH IN STYLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITH IN STYLE DISCLAIMS WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL ALWAYS BE CORRECTED.
WE DO NOT DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OR RIGHT THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
SECTION 17: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FAITH IN STYLE AND ITS OWNERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAITH IN STYLE'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO A PARTICULAR PURCHASE OR CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO FAITH IN STYLE FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, warranty, negligence, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
SECTION 18: INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Faith In Style and its owners, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal expenses arising out of:

This indemnification obligation does not apply to the extent that a claim results from Faith In Style's own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any other circumstance for which indemnification cannot legally be required.
We may provide notice of an indemnifiable claim when reasonably practicable.
We may participate in or control the defense of an indemnifiable claim, and you agree to reasonably cooperate with us in responding to such claims.
SECTION 19: SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The invalidity or unenforceability of one provision will not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
SECTION 20: WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
These Terms, together with the policies and documents expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Faith In Style regarding your use of the Services and supersede prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings concerning the same subject matter.
No ambiguity in these Terms will automatically be interpreted against either party solely because that party drafted the Terms.
SECTION 21: ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or otherwise dispose of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Faith In Style may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or other lawful business transaction.
SECTION 22: GOVERNING LAW AND VENUE
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Faith In Style is legally organized or maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute that is legally permitted to be resolved in court will be subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the applicable jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Nothing in this section prevents a consumer from exercising rights or bringing a claim in a jurisdiction where applicable consumer-protection law permits or requires such action.
Before publishing these Terms, Faith In Style should replace this section with the actual governing jurisdiction applicable to the business.
